I acquired a 2013 Buick Encore in October 2025. While the vehicle provides a pleasant driving experience, it has been unable to pass inspection due to a persistent check engine light, indicating an unresolved issue. My initial contact with the salesperson, Dennis, regarding this concern was met with impatience and a lack of responsiveness, despite my detailed explanation of the problems. He subsequently directed me to Lonnie, who demonstrated exceptional patience and customer service. Lonnie then referred me to Jeff, who promptly assured me that all associated matters, including citations and rental fees, would be addressed. I extend my gratitude to Lonnie and Jeff for their attentiveness and understanding, recognizing that customer satisfaction is paramount to business success. Lonnie deserves a five-star rating for his exemplary service. Additionally, I would like to acknowledge Alexis for his continuous politeness and welcoming demeanor.
