Powertrain plan*

ENGINE

All internal lubricated parts, cylinder block and heads, factory installed turbocharge or supercharger units, flywheel, fuel pump, manifolds, oil pan and oil pump, seals and gaskets, timing gears and chain or belt, valve covers, water pump, engine mounts, thermostat, thermostat housing and gasket.

TRANSMISSION

All internal parts, seals and gaskets, torque converter, transfer case and transmission case.

FRONT-WHEEL DRIVE

Axle shafts, final drive housing and internal parts, front-wheel bearings, locking rings and automatic front locking hubs (four wheel drive), seals and gaskets, universal and constant velocity joints.

REAR-WHEEL DRIVE

Axle shafts, drive axle housing and internal parts, drive shaft, rear wheel bearings, retainers, seals and gaskets, universal and constant velocity joints. *Coverage under Powertrain, Base and High-Tech Plans is limited to only those parts and components described in this brochure. Parts not listed are not covered.

Base plan*

(This plan includes all components below plus all Powertrain Plan components)

FUEL SYSTEM AND ADDITIONAL COMPONENTS

Diesel injectors and lines, diesel injector pump, fuel pump, gas fuel injectors and lines, harmonic balancer and bolt, rear axle hub and bearings.

STEERING

Power steering rack and pinion, cooler and cooler lines, couplings, linkages, manual and power steering gear housing and all internal parts, power steering pump, seals and gaskets.

SUSPENSION

King pins, MacPherson struts, spindle and spindle supports, stabilizer bar and linkage, upper and lower ball joints, upper and lower control arms, shafts and bushings.

ELECTRICAL

Alternator, electronic ignition module, heated back glass (electrical only - not glass damage or breakage), manually operated switches, radiator fan relay, starter motor, voltage regulator, wiper motors, wiring harnesses.

BRAKES

All lines and fittings, backing plates, calipers and wheel cylinders, clips and retainers, combination valve, master cylinder, parking brake linkage and cables, power booster, selfadjusters and springs.

FACTORY AIR CONDITIONING

Clutch and clutch bearing, compressor, compressor seals, condenser, evaporator, field coil and pulley.
